Audit - consulting, training
Implementing an audit requires professional preparation and knowledge of the relevant procedures. To get the right results, ensure continuous optimisation and achieve ISO certification - the audit must be carried out properly.
Course for future auditors
We also offer UDT courses for future auditors, i.e. people who supervise technical equipment subject to technical supervision.
Who is the course for?
The course is aimed at technical equipment supervisors, inspection staff, maintenance staff, safety specialists and other technical units.
Purpose of the training
The aim of the training is to update the knowledge and entitlements of employees working on installations and networks or the use of equipment.

The training programme includes:

- familiarisation with current legal standards,
- interpretation of legislation,

Types of audit

Internal audits
An audit is an inspection of an entity from an organisational and financial point of view. It involves valuing assets and analysing the prospects for its development. The audit is carried out by professional auditors. It is a tool for monitoring and evaluating management control. The auditors' tasks include risk management services, i.e. the correct analysis of risks - reviewing the management and reporting process. The auditor may also provide training or consultancy services in the identification and determination of risk responses.
Zero audit
It can take place before implementation starts. It is then a diagnosis of the whole system. It can also take place after implementation. It serves to check the quality management system prior to the visit of the auditor from the certification body.
Compliance with standards is checked:
- ISO 9001
- ISO 13485
- ISO 14001
- ISO 27001
- ISO 20000-1
- ISO 28000
- PN-N 18001.
Audits before supervision
Each unit holding a quality management system certificate is visited by an auditor from the certification body. Such a visit takes place at least once a year. To ensure proper preparation for the surveillance audit, units hire experienced consultants to conduct a pre-surveillance audit. This audit helps to spot non-conformities and further improve them before the actual audit.
Audits before re-certification
It is similar to a pre-supervision audit. It involves assessing the state of the system, but after three years of operation of the unit. The difficulty of a re-certification audit is similar to a certification audit.
Compliance with standards is checked:
- PN-N 18001
- ISO 13485
- ISO 28000
- ISO 20000-1
- ISO 27001
- ISO 14001
- ISO 9001.
Improvement audits
This type of audit allows:
- to evaluate process management,
- to check the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions,
- to identify opportunities for improving documentation, e.g. moving to electronic form,
- to perform an audit that is difficult for internal auditors or from within the organisation.
Second party audits

These are audits carried out on behalf of suppliers (current and future). They are carried out on behalf of concerns and multi-unit films.
Audits check compliance with:
- ISO 9001 standard
- ISO 13485 standard
- ISO 14001 standard
- ISO 27001 standard
- the PN-N 18001 standard
- ISO 20000-1 standard
- ISO 28000 standard
- integrated systems.
Outsourcing the auditing process
Applies to entities whose quality management systems comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and are looking to reduce costs by outsourcing. Using the auditor's service involves making use of the knowledge of professionals, taking over training and awareness-raising activities, concentrating activities on key processes, optimising the use of human resources in the activities most relevant to the company.
