The full list of courses with descriptions is available on our website.

Why is it worth taking part in training?

  • Trainings prepare for exams and obtaining professional qualifications sought by employers on the labor market
  • Employers can register employees for training in order to gain new opportunities to perform specialized orders or participate in tenders
  • Courses allow people without experience to gain new competences - we also organize classes at the beginner level
  • We teach the operation and maintenance of devices both from the theoretical and practical side

Where and when are the classes held?

  • Dates: classes are usually organized every 1 or 2 weeks, in the case of less popular topics - on average once a month. The exact dates are published on the website platformedukacji.pl. People interested in participating in a training on a given subject may also contact us by phone or e-mail - then we will provide the current available dates.
  • Location: classes can take place at our headquarters in Warsaw or at the Center's branches located in other large cities in Poland.

On what days of the week and at what times do the classes start?

We organize classes on various dates so as to best adapt them to the needs of clients, including those working. The course classes are held during the week, also in the afternoons, we also create weekend groups.

Can anyone interested in signing up for the training?

Yes, we offer open trainings for people at various levels of advancement, also for those who have no experience in a given field. The basic requirements that a training participant must meet are education - at least basic, age - at least 18 years, and no contraindications in terms of health condition.

The rules for training for maintenance technicians are slightly different. There, we require basic knowledge of electrical engineering (the participant should be able to read electrical diagrams), power hydraulics, kinematics (the ability to read appropriate diagrams), as well as mechanics - materials science. If a candidate for a conservator does not have such knowledge and skills, he can learn at other courses conducted in our Center, for example - in the field of electrical engineering - at the first group course in the field of supervision and operation of energy devices.

Do you conduct training for company employees?

Yes, we organize closed training courses at the request of business clients. Only the company's employees participate in such training, and the training program and the number of hours are tailored to their needs.

The date and location of the classes are agreed with the employer. The lecturers can travel to the place designated by the client in Poland.

Can the training for the company's employees take place at the client's premises?

In the case of closed training, we provide for such a possibility. The statute of our Center allows for the organization of training trips, we also cooperate with an appropriate number of instructors conducting classes.

In the case of trainings taking place at the customer's premises, please provide educational and technical facilities, as well as ensure safety conditions. The equipment provided by the customer should be operational and have a valid maintenance technician's inspection and periodic technical inspection.

How are enrollments carried out?

To register for training, please contact us by phone or e-mail. It is also possible to sign up via the platformedukacji.pl website.

When enrolling yourself or employees for training, you should prepare information that will help us propose an appropriate class group or create a training program: education, experience in a given field, additional qualifications.

Can you and other people (colleagues) be enrolled in the training at the same time?

By registering for a training course, you can enroll several people at the same time. The person who registers is registered as an entity in our system. People saved by it - either as subordinate to it or as separate entities.

What are the costs of attending the course?

We provide the exact cost of participation to interested customers when registering. Training does not have a single standard price - it depends not only on the thematic scope, but also on the number of vacancies left in the group or the time remaining until the beginning of the course.

We can offer preferential rates, more attractive than in the case of open training, to business clients who train their employees with us, especially those who decide to cooperate longer.

What does the Center provide for students?

In the course price, in addition to the appropriate number of theoretical and practical classes, the following benefits for the client:

  • Access to the e-learning platform with learning materials: films, training scripts, test questions
  • Health and safety equipment and other necessary during practical classes
  • Simplified training completion supplement
  • Refreshments during coffee breaks with coffee, tea, cookies
  • Assistance in accommodation and organization of meals (according to separate arrangements)

For an additional fee, we offer the option of issuing a certificate in the form of a plastic card with a photo, compliant with the ISO18878 standard. The certificate may also be issued in English, which may be useful when working abroad.

How are the classes conducted?

The training program is divided into two parts:

  • Theoretical - it takes the form of a lecture. The tutor uses techniques that activate participants: encourages them to answer questions, checks their knowledge by conducting tests, etc.
  • Practical - takes place on the maneuvering yard or in the hall, using the necessary devices and equipment. The tutor prepares participants for an examination interview on the device, teaches how to use it, prepare for work, and how to use health and safety. At the same time, it carries out an assessment of each participant using a special assessment sheet. Only successfully passing this internal examination is it possible to take an external examination.

Are technical trainings and external exams conducted at the Center difficult? Do the participants have a lot of material to learn?

The opinions of our students show that the training is not easy. The scope of the material is in line with what is required in theoretical and practical exams. The content of external exams is periodically modified, and the regulations and standards also change. We make every effort to take account of these changes and to ensure that the knowledge provided by our instructors is always up-to-date. In order to ensure the highest teaching standards, we consult our training programs with units verifying the qualifications of candidates.

How long will the classes last?

The number of hours is not the same for each course. As part of a given topic, there are classes for beginners and more advanced. The duration of the course from scratch is about several dozen training hours. In the case of people with experience, it may be even 10 hours to complete and recall the knowledge.

How much time is devoted to the practical part?

It depends on how quickly a given student learns, what experience he has in operating devices, and what education. Beginners sometimes need even a dozen or so hours to thoroughly prepare for the exam, experienced people may need even 2 hours.

The time needed for practical learning is determined in an interview with the client during registration. Also, the instructor himself can, by assessing the student's progress, conclude that he or she has sufficiently mastered the necessary skills, and shorten the time of practical training.

What kind of devices are used during the practical exercises?

Our instructors use devices that are representative of a given type. In the case of mobile platforms, these can be, for example, A and B type platforms, self-propelled and slow-moving platforms, scissors and with a boom. Future forklift and telehandler operators learn on variable-reach trucks and operator's lift trucks, as well as standard Toyota, JCB, Jungheinrich and Linde counterbalances. Courses on cranes take place with the use of gantry cranes. The center has equipment in its training halls in Krakow, Katowice and Warsaw (Ursus).

If I am unable to travel to the training, can I participate in it remotely?

Yes, we offer our clients the opportunity to study without leaving home. Online training participants receive access to the platform on which we organize live meetings - webinars. You can participate in them using your own phone, tablet or computer.

Online classes replace the theoretical part of classes. For some trainings, it is necessary to supplement them with a practical part.

What hardware / software are necessary to participate in remote training?

The minimum hardware requirements we recommend are a computer or laptop not older than 6-7 years. The hardware should have a Windows or Macintosh operating system installed. You can also take part in remote training using a tablet or smartphone.

There is no need to install additional software, we only require a Firefox or Chrome web browser. The webinar platform runs in the browser like a website.

Logging in to the platform takes place via a link that participants receive by e-mail and SMS, along with a login and a coded password.

Is an exam organized at the end of the training?

An examination conducted by specialists from an appropriate organization. The center acts as an intermediary in registering participants for the exam and in making arrangements with the examiners.

Attention! Some trainings do not include examinations. Please check the relevant information on the course description pages.

Does the exam take place as part of the class?

No, but its date is agreed with an external unit so that course participants do not have to wait long to take the exam.

What is the form of the exam?

First, the students take the internal exam at the Center so that their level of preparation can be checked. Then, an external examination is carried out in front of the committee from a given qualification testing unit. It takes the form of a test to check theoretical knowledge and a practical part in which the candidate's skills are tested.

Does the Center provide sample test questions?

Yes, they are available on our learning platform. The database consists of over 650 questions, prepared on the basis of information provided by UDT and other organizations.

What does passing an external exam give?

A positive result of the exam means obtaining professional qualifications in a specific scope, for example, to operate a given type and kind of devices. Permissions are issued by the Office of Technical Inspection or another organization. Usually, these are temporary rights, valid for several years - after this time, they must be renewed. The document confirming the entitlement is normally issued up to 7 working days after passing the exam, but in the event of a large number of cases in a given office, this time may be extended to even 30 days.

Permissions allow you to work in Poland. Work on a given device or in a given profession in other countries is regulated by separate regulations. There are countries where there is no additional regulation of the profession and then the document confirming the completion of the training may be sufficient to practice it.

Permissions are valid for 5 or 10 years, depending on the type of device. When their validity period expires, the Center tries to remind its students about the need to renew their entitlements. The qualification certificate may cease to be valid (be withdrawn or suspended) only in the case of violation of health and safety regulations or rules.

Is it possible to work abroad after obtaining the qualification?

Powers issued by Polish units may or may not be recognized abroad. As for the European Union countries, they have a directive on mutual recognition of rights and there is no need to present additional documents. Also in Switzerland or Norway, Polish entitlements can be exchanged for local ones. However, in some countries, documents issued by UDT or other Polish institutions are not universally recognizable and are not honored there, even if translated. If a participant of our course chooses to work in one of these countries, we suggest purchasing an additional certificate in English, issued by CERT - UDT unit. A certificate of completion of training according to international standards, issued for an additional fee in our Center, may also be helpful.

Are medical examinations required, a certificate from an occupational medicine physician or psychotechnician?

Yes, the center requires a declaration of health and no contraindications to practice the profession or participate in training, however, it is necessary to protect personal data, including health condition, and we verify the contents of the medical certificate. The procedures that have been implemented and approved in the center include multi-stage verification of knowledge and skills, including collecting information about the health condition.

What are the requirements for a candidate who would like to become an operator?

A candidate for an operator of handling equipment or a maintenance technician for handling equipment must be of legal age, have at least basic education and a good health condition, which will be confirmed in the form of a declaration that there are no contraindications to work as a maintenance operator on the basis of a certificate from an occupational medicine physician. In the case of people who apply for qualifications in the field of maintenance of handling equipment, we pay special attention to the fact that they should meet the minimum requirements in terms of knowledge and skills in the basics of electrical engineering, e.g. reading electrical schematics in mechanics, i.e. matters related to e.g. materials science no tolerance of fit with the types of detachable, inseparable connections, moreover, they should have knowledge of the basics of power hydraulics, read hydraulic diagrams and the basics of reading kinematic diagrams. The center can provide additional training in this area, for example, qualification certificates of the first group regarding the operation of energy equipment supervision.
