Training program 

At the centre, we provide theoretical classes in lecture form and practical classes involving tasks under the guidance of our specialists.

After the theoretical classes, the trainee approaches tasks such as: 

  • filling tanks, 
  • correct labelling of tanks, 
  • service and assembly of pressure vessels. 

Entitlements 

After passing the state examination, which takes place before a commission appointed by the Office of Technical Inspection, the participant receives a qualification certificate, which is valid indefinitely. The UDT qualification certificate awarded confers a licence to operate and fill portable pressure vessels throughout the country. The qualifications are also recognised by employers in the European Union. 

Purpose of the course 

The aim of the training course is to prepare the participant to fill and operate portable pressure vessels independently. We guarantee the highest level of knowledge in our centre. After completing the training, the participant will be able to fill and operate pressure vessels such as cylinders or bundles independently. 

In which areas is the course needed? 

A licence to operate and fill portable pressure vessels is necessary, among other things: 

diving cylinder
  • in the filling of diving cylinders, 
  • in the operation of paintball equipment, 
  • when installing heat pumps, 
  • in the operation of aggregates in diving centres, 
  • at firefighters, 
  • in hospital and spa staff.

For how long are licences granted after completing the course on filling portable pressure vessels?

The licence is issued indefinitely and is valid throughout the country and is also recognised by employers in the EU. 

What should be done when the cylinder is overfilled?

In the event of an overfilled cylinder, the cylinder should be refuelled with excess gas. 

What methods are used to mark the cylinders?

Cylinders are usually labelled with a sticker and a colour. 

Where is the maximum filling pressure of the cylinder marked?

The maximum cylinder filling pressure is marked on the head in Mpa, Atmospheres or Bars.
