Training for backhoe loader operation
For many years, KURSO has made every effort to comprehensively train trainees in the operation of backhoe loaders. We carry out training throughout Poland with the offer of travel to the customer's chosen address. We offer a wide range of machines along with educated trainers to help you complete the course of your choice. Thousands of state exams passed and thousands of satisfied customers are proof of our effectiveness.
Course of training
The training was prepared by the Institute of Mechanised Construction and Rock Mining. KURSO training centres conduct training courses for construction machinery in their own well-equipped training centres. In addition, we offer course delivery at an address of the customer's choice. The training process is divided into theory and practice. We offer our trainees access to efficient and modern construction machinery. The training staff consists of many specialists who will efficiently train you in the use of a backhoe loader or any other machine. We will help you prepare for the state exam and broaden your range of skills.
The theory concerns:
- familiarise themselves with health and safety regulations,
- to learn the construction and specifications of the chosen device,
- creation of technical documentation,
- learning the principles of safe machine operation.
The practice consists of:
- machine learning,
- machine operation,
- carry out tasks and instructions on the manoeuvring area.
Conduct of the examination
The state exam is divided into two parts - a practical part and a theoretical part. It starts with the theoretical part, where you solve a written test. The practical test checks your driving skills on a manoeuvring area or on the road. You then have to correctly complete the tasks assigned by the examination committee. You have to demonstrate your manual skills when using the backhoe loader. Correctly completing both tests secures your licence to operate the machine and an entry in the operator's logbook.
Requirements for trainees
Interested students are required to:
- were of legal age,
- had up-to-date medical examinations,
- had a minimum of basic education.
Institute of Mechanised Construction and Rock Mining
This state organisation deals with the issuing of any certification that entitles trainees to work on the machine of their choice. Certification is obtained when both parts of the state examination are passed. Along with the certificate, you receive a valid machine operator or maintenance book. The documents are recognised throughout the European Union.
Backhoe loaders in the construction industry
The versatility of the backhoe loader allows the machine to be used in construction work - most commonly on building sites. They are used to load materials or construction equipment and transport them. By implementing additional attachments, we also gain snow clearing or milling functions.
Entitlement classification
Heavy construction machinery such as excavators is divided into special classes. This is determined by their application. The current classes in Poland are Class I, II and III.
- Class III backhoe loaders - provide unrestricted operation of the machine.
- Class III single-headed excavators - allow the handling of equipment up to 25 tonnes, while Class I offers handling of all types without weight restrictions.
- Class III excavators - provide equipment operation without restrictions.
- Class I multi-excavators - allow the machine to be operated without a weight restriction.
- Class III multiple chain excavators - allow the machine to be operated without weight restrictions for dozing, Class II allows machines with engine power up to 110kW to be operated, Class I ensures the machine can be used without weight and power restrictions.
Job opportunities and salaries
Backhoe loader operators and maintainers will find employment on construction sites, among others. Workers' earnings vary depending on the operator's experience and machine specifications.
